The Long Island Radio and Television Historical Society (LIRTVHS) is grateful for donations of:
- old radio and TV equipment
We love to hear the stories behind some of this old equipment.
“My father was an electronics engineer.”
“My uncle had a Radio and TV repair shop.”
“My dad worked at NBC.”
Unfortunately, we are not in the position to acquire large console TV sets. Many of these old console TV sets have very little value to historians and collectors since they were mass produced in the ’50’s and ’60’s and require large storage areas and costly transportation to move.
Call us if you have items that you wish to donate at 631-589-2700. All messages left are answered promptly.
We are also appreciative of monetary gifts to help us in our mission to “Preserve the Past for the Future”.
Please consider making a monetary donation on our safe and secure platform.
LIRTVHS is registered in New York State as a 501(3)(c) non-profit organization. Your donations are tax-deductible.
